How does a reference call work?
  1. A prospect is interested in Quickbase, but wants to speak with a current customer. We identify the prospects from our reference directory based on industry, roles and use cases.
  2. We will reach out to you via our reference platform if you are a good match, and check availability to connect with the prospect for 30 mins.
  3. If you are available, we will put you in touch with the prospect’s sales rep who will coordinate a time for the two of you to meet
  4. After the call is completed, we will ask for call feedback & send your e-Gift card to show our appreciation.
