How does a reference call work?
- A prospect is interested in Quickbase, but wants to speak with a current customer. We identify the prospects from our reference directory based on industry, roles and use cases.
- We will reach out to you via our reference platform if you are a good match, and check availability to connect with the prospect for 30 mins.
- If you are available, we will put you in touch with the prospect’s sales rep who will coordinate a time for the two of you to meet
- After the call is completed, we will ask for call feedback & send your e-Gift card to show our appreciation.
