We’re excited to invite our Quickbase community to submit speaker proposals for Empower 2025!

If you’ve used Quickbase to drive innovation through tech adoption, app development, implementation success, or change management, we want to hear from you.

Your submission should reflect your unique story and experiences, but to help inspire your proposal, here are some of the most popular session topics from past Empower events.

  • Technical How-To’s: Explore specific features or functionality and the benefits you’ve gained using it
  • Workshop Sessions: Show and teach how you’ve built your app, or a specific function
  • Enhancements: How you have enhanced your apps (dashboards, mobile, integrations, etc.)
  • Deployment & Enablement: Best practices when deploying Quickbase and enablement

FAQs

Please submit your proposal by January 10, 2025.

  • All Quickbase customers are invited to submit speaking proposals.
  • Speakers may submit more than one proposal. Please note, each proposal must be submitted separately and only one proposal per company can be chosen.
  • Submit your proposal by January 10, 2025 for priority consideration.
  • Speaking opportunities are in 60-minute durations. Plan for 35-45 minutes of content and the remainder of the session for Q&A.
  • Sessions could be breakouts or panel discussion formats. Selection will be at the discretion of the Quickbase Empower content team.
  • Speakers are responsible for developing their own presentation, using the templates and tools provided to them in their Empower Speaker Kit.
  • Speakers must prepare a draft presentation for review and participate in dry runs for the complete presentation.
  • Speakers will be featured on the Quickbase Empower website(s) and must be willing to provide and have published their:
    • Full name, company name, and job title
    • A headshot photograph
    • Brief bio and Linkedin profile
    • Company logo

Accepted, declined, and alternate proposals will be delivered by January 30th.

Reviewers are assigned based upon track selection. Reviewers will evaluate the submissions based on quality and criteria noted above. Top recommendations will then be evaluated by Quickbase leadership to ensure the entire educational program is well-balanced and representative of the diversity of industries across the Quickbase community. All those who submit presentation proposals will be notified via email on or prior to January 30, 2025 whether their presentation(s) were accepted or declined.
