Matt is a seasoned retail real estate leader with over 25 years of experience in various roles, including business operations, finance, analytics, market research, and capital planning. He commenced his career at General Nutrition Centers (GNC), where he oversaw real estate operations, valuation, market research, system development and management, and implemented their real estate lifecycle management process and supporting systems. Subsequently, Matt spent eight years at OfficeMax, where he led their lease administration and lease audit team and oversaw all real estate systems.

Presently, Matt holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate Operations, Finance, and Analytics at Albertsons Companies, Inc., one of the largest grocery retailers in the United States. In this role, Matt leads real estate operations, finance, and analytics, and his teams also support all strategic investment planning efforts to accelerate growth and optimize Albertsons’ real estate portfolio and store valuation.

Matt has a strong passion for leading business focused technology initiatives to empower his customers to enhance productivity, leverage their scale, and make informed data driven decisions. He and his team utilize Quickbase as a core platform to promote and enable technology engagement throughout Albertsons’ real estate lifecycle and all decision-making processes.

Jen Black is the Director of Business Intelligence at Spotlight Analyst Relations. She has spent the last eight years scaling the company's operational data infrastructure and workflow automation efforts with Quickbase at her side. Jen has a penchant for solving complex business problems while focusing on collaboration across all teams at Spotlight. Her goal is to enhance employee experience, improve workflows, and maintain data integrity. Jen's current focus is on scaling Spotlight's existing tech stack to support their continuous growth and evolution.

Jeff leads Quickbase's User Experience Design team and has overseen multiple transformative enhancements to key parts of the Quickbase platform - including dashboards, forms, and navigation. Jeff joined Quickbase in 2020, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in web and mobile app design for agencies, startups, and global corporations.

Ashley DeKerlegand brings over 12 years of learning and development expertise to her role at Quickbase, where she leads Quickbase University with a data-driven approach to create high-impact learning experiences. Her dual focus on customer success and employee enablement stems from her belief that empowering internal teams is just as critical as educating customers in driving overall success.
With a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design, Ashley leverages analytics and emerging technologies to develop innovative, scalable learning solutions. She is passionate about aligning education strategies with business goals, ensuring both customers and employees have the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in today's fast-paced SaaS industry. Her commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in customer education reflects her dedication to understanding industry trends and customer needs.

Being at Quickbase almost 6 years, and a prior customer for 3 years - Manny knows what it takes to be successful with Quickbase. He's got a passion for people blended in with a knack for problem solving.

Kelly Hall is Chief Customer Success Officer at Quickbase, where she is designing a customer journey that focuses on a full experience and ensures value is delivered at every stage.

Kelly has spent 25 years in the tech industry, 19 of them working with technology providers, specializing in creating and leading the engagement strategy between brands and customers, and creating a 360-degree view of the customer experience to large B2B technology companies.

Prior to joining Quickbase, Kelly served as Vice President of Cisco's CS&A organization. She has also held leadership positions with CA Technologies, Vision Critical, Malwarebytes, and BMC Software.

Chris Harper is a seasoned operations leader with deep expertise in retail IT deployments, project management, and supply chain logistics. As Vice President of Operations at SG Network Services, he ensures that technology rollouts in retail environments are executed seamlessly, on time, and at scale.

With a career dedicated to managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects across national retail chains, Chris has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. He specializes in coordinating store-wide technology installations, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining supply chain operations to keep projects moving efficiently. From POS system upgrades to network infrastructure overhauls, Chris ensures that every deployment runs smoothly.

His ability to bridge the gap between IT, logistics, and field operations has made him a trusted leader in the retail technology space. With hands-on experience managing high-volume deployments, Chris knows how to navigate tight timelines, coordinate multi-site rollouts, and provide deliverable requirements needed by stakeholders.

Harrison has been with Quickbase for nearly seven years, bringing a strong background in B2B SaaS. He currently leads the product management teams driving user interface, governance, integrations, as well as the user experience and content teams.

Ed Jennings joined Quickbase as chief executive officer in May 2020 and has a proven track record of accelerating enterprise growth for SaaS leaders. His unique strengths combine innovative market strategies, velocity sales leadership, and extraordinary team building.

Prior to joining Quickbase, Ed was chief operating officer at Mimecast, where he was responsible for the global marketing, sales and services teams and helped bring the company public in 2015. Under his leadership, Mimecast expanded its footprint into the enterprise space, grew its annual revenue from $82M to over $400M in four years, and scaled the team from 350 employees to 1,800, while expanding offices internationally.

In addition to his recent role at Mimecast, Ed has held marketing leadership roles at PTC and Veracode; at the latter, he defined the go-to-market strategy that enabled the company to quadruple revenues during his nearly four-year tenure. Veracode was sold to Computer Associates in 2017. He also has served as CEO for SaaS workflow solution Copanion that was acquired by Drake Software in 2010.

Ed is on the advisory board of Ten Eleven Ventures and the Cyber Resilience Think Tank. He is a regular speaker on a range of digital transformation and technology topics at Gartner, Forrester and FS-ISAC conferences.

Ed is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Jon Kennedy is Chief Technology Officer at Quickbase, where he is responsible for leading all aspects of software development, platform operations and engineering processes in support Quickbase's technology and innovation roadmap.

Jon brings more than two decades of experience building technical organizations to help companies successfully grow. Prior to Quickbase, he was at Amazon Web Services, where he led the development, launch and growth of a new data and migration service, AWS DataSync. While at AWS he also managed all aspects of software development and operations for the AWS Storage Gateway Volume/Tape Service. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Software Development at SimpliVity, the leader in hyperconverged infrastructure until it was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was responsible for the development, release and delivery of the Simplivity's OmniStack software. Jon was also a Director of Engineering at Sepaton, acquired by Hitachi Data Systems, and a Technical Staff member at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

Jon has a B.S. in Physics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as a master's degree in Physics from Boston University.

Mihir Mulloth is a Policy and Project Manager with the Chief Administrative Officer at the City of Philadelphia. Mihir first developed a passion for public service when he enrolled in the AmeriCorp program City Year, which had him serve as a teaching assistant in a public school in Philadelphia. After completing the program, Mihir worked as a drug and alcohol and mental health case worker in Philadelphia. These experiences gave him insight into the interconnectedness of different policy issues, such as homelessness, public health, education, criminal justice reform and more.

Ryan is the Group Product Manager for AI at Quickbase and leads the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered features. With over 10 years of experience at Quickbase, he focuses on bridging the gap between technology and real-world business needs, making AI more accessible and impactful for Quickbase users. 

Daniel Pate provides engineering and software expertise to the energy industry by leading the database development and implementation support department of RCP. He manages multiple projects, clients, and a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions while actively pursuing initiatives to optimize development processes and align with the company’s strategic technology roadmap. His team designs and builds enterprise asset management systems that are tailored to each client’s needs for tracking and documenting an operator’s compliance and operations. Working closely with in house and client subject matter experts to translate operational processes to effective and user-friendly software solutions. He has also played an active role in providing regulatory assistance and conducting various engineering studies for his clients. He has worked with Quickbase for over 14 years.

Rich has been with HD Supply for 19 years and have held numerous positions during that time. He managed the construction business for 12 years then moved to a National Account Manager focused on the government housing customer for the last 7 years. He is now a Contractor Relations Specialist overseeing compliance for HD Supply’s construction activities.

om Roberto is a respected technology leader with a proven track record of designing and deploying mission-critical IT infrastructure for Fortune 500 enterprises and retailers. As Chief Technology Officer at SG Network Services, he oversees wireless deployment, network architecture, and large-scale field service operations, ensuring businesses remain connected, efficient, and scalable.

As the Head of Professional Services at Quickbase, she leads the team in delivering redesigned services solutions that meet customers wherever they are in their journey. Prior to Quickbase, Rupali served as Vice President of Customer Delivery and Experience at Saama, where she led end-to-end delivery for their entire product suite.
Rupali brings a wealth of expertise from her previous leadership roles at Merative (formerly IBM Watson Health), Pegasystems, and Sovos, where she consistently demonstrated her ability to build high-performing teams and drive business value. Her extensive background spans enterprise sales, customer success, product management, and services-based solution delivery.
Known for her strategic leadership, interpersonal communication skills, and commitment to flawless execution, Rupali is passionate about understanding and addressing client needs to increase satisfaction. Jeffrey leads Amazon’s Global Disaster Response Operations. In this capacity, his team focuses on delivering communications, cloud technologies, leveraging Amazon’s extensive employee volunteer base and robust partner ecosystem to assist communities in need. Through nation level coordination channels, NGO Partners and localized non-profit organizations, he facilitates placement of capabilities and personnel into areas most heavily impacted to provide immediate response support. He also works directly with the Amazon Disaster Relief team, providing ground-based intelligence to help identify and prioritize community relief needs. He is also responsible for leading Disaster Response Innovation, developing rapidly deployable solutions that can augment first responders relief organizations with new and emerging technologies.

As Senior Community Engagement Manager at Quickbase, Ben Simon oversees all things Quickbase Qrew. In his current role, Ben leads our Community efforts on our peer-to-peer forum, Qrew Discussions, as well as our user group program, Qrew Groups. In an earlier role, Ben began our customer "Feature Focus" webinar series allowing CSMs to share updates with the community on new Quickbase features. His first assignment as Community Manager in 2023 was to help lead a rebrand of the Quickbase Community, landing on The Qrew which was launched at Empower in June of 2023. Ben started at Quickbase in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager where he had the opportunity to attend his first Empower in Miami, and ever since Empower has been his favorite event of the year. Ben resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two daughters, Lily and Genevieve. In his spare time he coaches his 6 year old daughter's soccer team.

Jeff began his career as a software engineer for Anderson Consulting (now Accenture). Following his tenure at Anderson, he developed medical software and digital image technology for catheterization lab. Subsequently, Jeff co-founded VisionCore, a professional services company focused on software design and development which later was acquired by CoreLogic, where Jeff then ran a professional services group for First American / Core Logic. Following CoreLogic, Jeff was the president and co-founder of Merge Mobile, Inc., the creator of FastField. He now leads the product management team for the FastField product. Jeff graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.

Rayna is a Product Manager at Quickbase, specializing in governance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). She focuses on enhancing Quickbase's ALM capabilities to streamline development, collaboration, and security. Before joining Quickbase, Rayna worked in the aviation sector, driving digital transformation in aircraft maintenance. Her expertise in developing software solutions for complex use cases helps organizations build more scalable, efficient, and well-governed applications.

Kojo Acquaah, Director of DSD Logistics at Mondelez International, has dedicated the past decade of his career to improving Fleet & People Safety, Customer Service, and Profitability performance across various roles. In 2021, he spearheaded the development of the inaugural Quickbase applications within the Customer Service & Logistics Business Unit, catalyzing the digital transformation within Mondelez US DSD.
Recognized as the 2024 North America Leader of the Year, Kojo has significantly contributed to eliminating gray work, simplifying processes, and quantifiably improving business outcomes - often with the help of innovative Quickbase applications. He holds a Quickbase Application Builder Certification and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
A native of Boston, Kojo earned his Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University. Currently residing in Dallas, TX, his journey from a sales intern to logistics leader exemplifies his commitment to continuous learning and growth

New York City transplant in Cincinnati, Ohio that has been working at QuickBase as a Technical resource since January 2021. My hobbies include table tennis, pickleball, and hiking. SME and a continuous learner when it comes to identity management.

Mikael works as a Systems Analyst focused on maintaining and enhancing applications to support processes that range from margin tracking and forecasting to contract management to customer interaction. He works with subject matter experts and global process owners to understand business requirements that will be translated into an application and has been working to bridge gaps in "big block" systems by using QuickBase as a tool for over 6 years.

Boryana Atanasova is a Senior Product Manager at Quickbase, specializing in the Pipelines domain. She ensures that customers have access to the channels they need, making them more intuitive and user-friendly. Since joining Quickbase in 2024, Boryana has brought a wealth of experience in software and hardware development, as well as IoT, from her previous roles in aviation and robotics.

Deepali has recently joined as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Quickbase. She has a proven track record of leadership in cybersecurity, risk management and compliance, having previously served as CISO at Anaplan. She has led large-scale security programs, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Application Security, and Vulnerability Management, ensuring the protection of enterprise assets and customer data. She has helped build and scale security programs at leading organizations such as ServiceNow, IBM, USG, and other security service providers.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Deepali serves as a trusted security advisor to startups, helping emerging companies build and strengthen their cybersecurity posture. Deepali believes in aligning security with business objectives and foster a culture of proactive risk management makes her an invaluable addition.

With nearly four years at Amazon, Steele Boynton has focused on enhancing logistics operations within Amazon's Last Mile Delivery (AMZL) across both facility management and corporate strategy. Additionally, Steele has contributed to Amazon's Global Real Estate Transactions department. For the past year, Steele has served as the Product Manager for Quickbase at Amazon, leveraging his two-plus years of experience with the platform to drive innovation and efficiency in logistics, planning, design and engineering teams. Steele will discuss how Quickbase integrates with both internal and external systems through built-in AWS pipeline functions, significantly improving system connectivity and standardizing workflows for greater efficiency.

Mike is an IT generalist who has worked in many areas of IT for almost 35 years. He started as a hardware technician and moved through different roles including service manager and network engineer to his current role as IT Director. Mike has been using QuickBase since the early 2000's. In 2024 his company replaced Salesforce with a comprehensive CRM tool we built in QuickBase. Feedback from management and users indicated that the tools he has built in QuickBase are better than what was available in Salesforce. He is continuously building new tools to replace paper or spreadsheet processes, and integrating those tools into his CRM which has become a main hub for people in all areas of his business.

Nichole Braswell is an Expert Certified Quickbase Developer with a background in business operations and finance. After more than 20 years in the industry, she transitioned to technology, leveraging her expertise to design and develop impactful Quickbase solutions. As a Quickbase Developer at Sympo, she specializes in streamlining workflows, optimizing user access, and integrating data-driven processes. Passionate about knowledge sharing, Nichole enjoys helping others build confidence in their Quickbase development skills. Benjamin has 12 years of Quickbase experience helping folks develop solutions and learn the platform. Originally from Boston, MA, he lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife (also a Quickbase builder), two cats, and too many guitars.

Jen Clark currently serves as the Project Integration Manager at General Sheet Metal (GSM), a mid-sized mechanical and architectural sheet metal fabricator and contractor located just outside of Portland, OR. Originally from the east coast, Jen earned her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University near Philadelphia, PA.

After graduation, she spent a year volunteering in Honduras, teaching and working in various operational roles at a children's home. This experience enriched her understanding of diverse operational environments and the importance of community service. Upon returning to Philadelphia, Jen spent four years as an operations manager for a software training organization. This role deepened her appreciation for the benefits and challenges of implementing new technology solutions and supporting end users through change initiatives.

In 2018, Jen relocated to the west coast and joined General Sheet Metal as a Project Engineer. She has since worked on multiple multi-million dollar projects, mainly focused on architectural sheet metal scopes, in both support and project management capacities. After four years in the field, Jen transitioned to internal operations and technology, taking on the role of Project Integration Manager in 2022. During her first month in the new role, she encountered Quickbase for the first time at a trade show and was able to get the internal buy-in to begin implementing it a few weeks later.

In her current role, Jen has been at the forefront of modernizing GSM's workflows and data collection processes. She has spearheaded the development and implementation of custom CRM, field management, and logistics tools using Quickbase and other low-code tools. Her efforts have significantly streamlined internal operations, digitized workflows, and created innovative solutions for teams across the organization.

Jen is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and collaboration in construction projects. She continues to focus on driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at GSM.

As Equipment COE Lead, Rob and his team are responsible for the sourcing and procurement of all equipment used on any jobsite Lithko performs in the United States. Rob is also responsible for the building and managing of the Quickbase environment at Lithko, ranging from his own asset management application to safety, cost forecasting, prospective work tracking and several others. Rob joined Lithko 15 years ago from the equipment rental industry and has been responsible for equipment his entire tenure. He assumed the responsibility of learning and deploying Quickbase over 10 years ago. Through process and procedures aided by Quickbase, his goal is "To make the end cost of equipment a competitive advantage for Lithko."

John Crosland Jr is a QuickBase expert with over five years of experience as the primary builder and realm admin. At Inglett & Stubbs, John has successfully deployed over 15 QuickBase applications into production, streamlining operations and improving efficiency. With a deep understanding of workflow automation and data management, he specializes in leveraging QuickBase to solve real-world business challenges. At QuickBase Empower 2025, John will share his insights on using QuickBase to track employees' time effectively, helping businesses optimize their workforce management.

Michael is a seasoned FastField developer with extensive experience in advanced form development, integrations, automations, and has added Quickbase integration to his tool belt.  With a strong track record of helping customers streamline field data collection, optimize workflows, and enhance real-time reporting, he is ready to apply that passion to help you get started with FastField and unlock its full potential!

Soumya is the Chief Architect for Quickbase and has been with the company since 2001. Over those years, he has worked on several features that are part of the current Quickbase platform. In his current role, Soumya is focused on evolving the Quickbase architecture to support new features and use cases as well as scaling the platform to support the growth of Quickbase. He loves hearing from customers and partners on novel uses of Quickbase and any feedback they have to make Quickbase even more powerful.

Drew has been a member of Quickbase's engineering team for 7 years and writing software professionally for 16. He has worked on several teams within the company and is currently a Technical Lead of QBL. When he isn't occupied with an engineering puzzle he also enjoys reading and rock climbing.

Kremena has led greenfield launches and optimized legacy products across prop-tech, productivity apps, digital marketplaces, infotainment, and subscription tech. In 2023, she explored generative AI for product discovery, strategy, and planning to validate product paths to market fit. Now at Quickbase, she focuses on developing AI-powered experiences across the platform, partnering with teams to design AI experiments that enhance user journeys.

Osa Edebiri is a Senior Product Trainer at Quickbase, where she has been creating fun and impactful learning experiences for nearly three years. With a master's degree in social work from CUNY Hunter College, Osa is passionate about fostering equitable learning environments. Her engaging training style and ability to create non-judgmental spaces have earned her recognition as an exceptional trainer and instructional designer.

Skye is an experienced Quickbase administrator who has managed all building and administrative requests for the platform at two different companies. She is a dedicated wife and mom, excited to watch her daughter start first grade this year. Living in North Alabama, Skye enjoys staying active with CrossFit, getting lost in a good book, and making memories at Disney and the beach.

Chris is a dynamic and results-driven operations executive turned work management Professional Services Team Lead who drives revenue growth, optimizes enterprise efficiency, and shapes forward-thinking business strategies across diverse industries. As the Business Analytics Manager at Sandvik Mining, he has spearheaded the development of custom Quickbase applications to streamline issue tracking, optimize supply chain processes, and enhance data visibility across departments. With expertise in ERP systems, Power BI, and workflow automation, Nicholas has played a key role in integrating digital solutions that drive efficiency and decision-making. Nicholas has built and deployed data-centric applications that address real-world challenges in global manufacturing, from inventory management to vendor collaboration. Scott has been with Quickbase for 14 years, working in a number of different roles including Solution Engineering, leading Customer Success and as a Solution Architect. Currently, Scott leads the Quickbase Solution Architects team, focusing on assisting customers with solution performance, scalability, architecture, and integration.

Alvin Garrett is a Grammy-nominated songwriter, award-winning music producer, and business consultant with a degree in Business Management from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. In 2020, Garrett brought over 20 years of leadership expertise to The Dannon Project, a prison reentry and workforce development agency, where he now serves as Vice President of Operations. In addition to spearheading strategic enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency and technology adoption with QuickBase, Garrett teaches an innovative songwriting therapy program called "The Write Life."

Georgi is a Product Manager focused on AI-powered features that expedite customer success. Prior to Quickbase, he was at Amazon Web Services, where he led the development, launch and growth of a new data and migration service, AWS DataSync. While at AWS he also managed all aspects of software development and operations for the AWS Storage Gateway Volume/Tape Service. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Software Development at SimpliVity, the leader in hyperconverged infrastructure until it was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was responsible for the development, release and delivery of the Simplivity's OmniStack software. Jon was also a Director of Engineering at Sepaton, acquired by Hitachi Data Systems, and a Technical Staff member at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

Stasha joined Quickbase with the acquisition of Cloudpipes in 2019. For almost 9 years she lives and breathes Pipelines, helping the product to mature and adapt to dynamic business needs. Always committed to deliver valuable and customer aligned solutions, the best in feature set and user experience workflows, she brought her product knowledge to elevate Quickbase integration capabilities. Stasha's current focus is on Pipelines better fitting Quickbase specific use cases, designing native, fluid, frictionless and reliable Pipelines experience, tighter Quickbase product integration.

Wes began using Quickbase in 2016. At that time, he was in a Quality Management and Supply Chain context. Early efforts in support of ISO certification and costs management impressed auditors and improved margins, respectively. Since that time, Wes has demonstrated the value of Quickbase extensively across all business areas as a Quickbase employee, customer, inaugural Qrew Champion, Customer Advisory Board member, and now three-time Empower presenter. Wes now works as Senior Software Developer at Versar Global Solutions in a much broader scope beyond Quickbase. Jeremy Myer has spent his entire 27 year career at NSK, primarily in Manufacturing and Process Improvement roles. For the last 3 years, he has held dual roles of Product & Design Verification Testing Manager and Business Systems Manager; in charge of developing and implementing low code/no code platforms. Jeremy has 1 dog and 2 teenagers, enjoys DIYing, college football, and spending time outdoors. He resides in Ann Arbor, MI.

Lisa has been with Skanska for over 10 years. Her role has followed her curiosity and passion, first learning the foundations of Operations as a Project Engineer, then supporting BIM/VDC workflows like 3D coordination, 4D site planning and logistics, laser scanning, and enhanced turnover. In her current role, Lisa helps manage emerging construction technology and data strategy at a national scale. Anthony Offredi is the U.S. Central & SouthEast Senior Regional Manager for AMZL (Amazon Logistics — Last Mile) StartUp Execution Organization. He leads a group of Managers that opens and commissions new delivery stations and retrofits existing facilities with updated equipment. He has led and championed two corporate-wide integrations of QuickBase at Fortune 500 Companies; Fiat-Chrysler Automotive and Amazon. With a BS and Master's Degree in Engineering, Anthony leverages his engineering knowledge and business process automation experience to reduce NVAA — Non-Value Added Activity and Increase Data Integrity through the use of QuickBase down to the operator level. Andrew Patricio is the Principal, Data and Analytics at UnidosUS where he leads our transformation to being a true data driven enterprise. He has improved data effectiveness by replacing manually intensive tactical reporting with tools that allow programs to track and report on data in a more streamlined fashion, freeing up capacity for staff to spend on more value-adding strategic data activities.

He has spearheaded our enterprise data strategy via the creation of our centralized data infrastructure in the form of a data lake/data warehouse hybrid. He has driven innovation via the development of a custom Generative AI tool that allows our staff to generate synthesized summaries from our vast collection of internal documents in a controlled manner and directly addresses the hallucination/bias, privacy, and visibility issues inherent in similar commercial tools.

Prior to joining Unidos, Andrew led technology teams at numerous public sector agencies. He is the former Chief Data Officer/CIO of the District of Columbia Public Schools where he led the implementation of the district's first reporting data warehouse and the successful multi-million dollar replacement of the core Student Information System. He also ran a consulting firm advising multiple clients from the non-profit and commercial startup sectors on how to make more effective use of their data.

Alex is a former Quickbase customer with an extensive Project Management and Solar background. Chris is an Associate Disaster Recovery Specialist at Ensono LP, with a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, graduating in 2023.
