Subsequently, Matt spent eight years at OfficeMax, where he led their lease administration and lease audit team and oversaw all real estate systems.

Under his leadership, Mimecast expanded its footprint into the enterprise space, grew its annual revenue from $82M to over $400M in four years, and scaled the team from 350 employees to 1,800, while expanding offices internationally.

In addition to his recent role at Mimecast, Ed has held marketing leadership roles at PTC and Veracode; at the latter, he defined the go-to-market strategy that enabled the company to quadruple revenues during his nearly four-year tenure. Veracode was sold to Computer Associates in 2017. He also has served as CEO for SaaS workflow solution Copanion that was acquired by Drake Software in 2010.

Ed is on the advisory board of Ten Eleven Ventures and the Cyber Resilience Think Tank. He is a regular speaker on a range of digital transformation and technology topics at Gartner, Forrester and FS-ISAC conferences.

His first assignment as Community Manager in 2023 was to help lead a rebrand of the Quickbase Community, landing on The Qrew which was launched at Empower in June of 2023. Ben started at Quickbase in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager where he had the opportunity to attend his first Empower in Miami, and ever since Empower has been his favorite event of the year. Ben resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two daughters, Lily and Genevieve. In his spare time he coaches his 6 year old daughter's soccer team.

Originally from the east coast, Jen earned her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University near Philadelphia, PA.

After graduation, she spent a year volunteering in Honduras, teaching and working in various operational roles at a children's home. This experience enriched her understanding of diverse operational environments and the importance of community service. Upon returning to Philadelphia, Jen spent four years as an operations manager for a software training organization. This role deepened her appreciation for the benefits and challenges of implementing new technology solutions and supporting end users through change initiatives.

In 2018, Jen relocated to the west coast and joined General Sheet Metal as a Project Engineer. She has since worked on multiple multi-million dollar projects, mainly focused on architectural sheet metal scopes, in both support and project management capacities. After four years in the field, Jen transitioned to internal operations and technology, taking on the role of Project Integration Manager in 2022. During her first month in the new role, she encountered Quickbase for the first time at a trade show and was able to get the internal buy-in to begin implementing it a few weeks later.
