The app lets you drag and drop resources onto jobs, giving you a dynamic view of your staff's work.  It is flexible enough to assign people, teams, or trucks to work, which can be defined as jobs, tasks, or anything else.
When you make an assignment, that person's utilization is automatically updated.  The app also shows what percent of work is assigned.  Test out various scenarios and save the option you want. When you assign people, the app can send emails to share information and prepare time cards for entry.
