Each staff person sees a list of their projects, jobs, and tasks. They can clock in and out with a timer or enter the total hours worked.  Managers can approve time cards individually or en masse...by project, employee or team.
The app stores all kinds of valuable information: billing rates, labor rates, project limits, and overtime policies.  It prevents double-entry or flags incorrect time entry. Email notifications, a mobile app, management dashboards, and integration with other systems can be added. The time tracker simplifies work for the accounting team, your frontline staff, and you.
