Project Services provide a solution-based approach, rather than a platform-based approach. Put simply, it's an SOW-based partnership where a Quickbase team will build your app for you.

Scoping and lifecycle

We'll scope the project together and determine which tasks, skills, and services you'll need to achieve a specific outcome. After we've built or iterated on your app, your team will own the application for the rest of its lifespan.

With detailed blueprints in hand, you have the flexibility to proceed with development in the best way to suit you — whether that’s independently, in partnership with our Enablement Services team, or by leveraging our Project Services team to fully deliver on your strategic vision. As part of your Quickbase subscription, your team will have access to Quickbase University and its online core skills training, Quickbase Community, online help, and fundamentals trainings — so you'll be ready to own the app once it's yours.

Our standard Project Services offering requires you to have an owner of the application long-term once the project is delivered.

If we determine that Project Services is the right services offering for you, Quickbase will hold a series of calls to support a meeting of the minds between our Scoping Architect and your subject matter experts to determine the requirements and scope of the project.

This will inform the project plan, deliverables, and timeline that will be executed against throughout your engagement.
