Excellent Service And Responsiveness
We have been Quick Base subscribers for many years. As our business grew, we had less and less time to modify or build reports within the system to support our growth. Advantage is a great partner if you have a QuickBase
Our programmer is Terri Glaze, she is great to work with. She has overseen one new rollout of a QB, integrating another of our QBs with Sales Force and just the day to day updating and tweaking of another. She is great "under fire" and is really fast at recognizing when something isn't right and suggests remedies quickly and then implements them. I couldn't ask for a better partner to keep our Quick Bases up and running.

The team at Advantage are incredible to work with and a tremendous resource for our business unit. My company is a Engineering, Procurement, Construction company working in the industrial sector. We have been utilizing Quick Base for almost a decade as a tool for managing our projects. Once my colleagues started learning about QB, it took off like wild fire and I didn't have the knowledge and skills to keep up. In 2012, we reached out to Advantage for assistance and have been working with them ever since. I can't say enough good things about the team that has worked with us. Advantage has been an asset when it comes to planning, building out, and launching our apps. They have helped us find the easiest, user freely solutions for our company. Terri, who is my go to contact, has been amazing to work with. She is as hands on or off as I need her to be. If there is something that I want to learn how to do then she is right there to answer my questions and offer up pointers. Great Partner
NCP was started around six-seven years ago. We are in a unique field that required a custom system. Quickbase was the perfect solution for our needs and Advantage has been the perfect partner for the custom build. They helped us build a system that allowed us to scale from a company of few employees to over 500 without any system performance issues. The staff is fantastic and a joy to work with. Automation of Accrual Reconciliation for Legal Department
We worked with Deborah Thompson and Zach Siglin to implement a Quick Base solution that reconciles accruals related data from multiple data sources including SharePoint, Smartsheet, SAP, and CounselLink. These two consultants were highly experienced and worked with us to define requirements, manage project timelines, propose design & solutions, document for end-users, and stay within our budget. They were extremely flexible with us when we had changes to requirements and black out periods where we couldn't work on the project because other priorities on our team. I was introduced to this pair through our VMware Finance team whom has used Advantage to implement larger SAP implementations. Deb and Zach were able to work so efficiently that we had 30% of the estimated hours remaining for extra out-of-scope requirements that were added bonus for us without requiring additional investment.
