Dave Bruton = Excellence
Dave and I have worked multiple applications covering operations management, forecasting, tax deductions, license management, contract approval, etc. Dave is always responsive and improves my proficiency. Im now nearly self-sufficient, but any time I get stumped he quickly gets me back on track and gives me advice that prevents rework and unnecessary complexity. Fourth Large Project
This is the fourth large project Ive used David on since 2012. He fast, knowledgeable, and doesnt waste my time asking for lengthy requirement documents. He just gets it. And when I say large projects, I mean LARGE projects. These are full CRM/ERP system with connections into Quickbooks and other programs using webhooks and Zapier calls. The ERP systems had inventory, purchase orders, customer orders, plus internal systems. Couldn't say enough about David; just hire him.

Project Tracker
Dave and Base for Business has created multiple custom databases to track all aspects of our employees and projects. The level of detail is incredible to have in 1 software program. Anytime we need a modification, he is on it. Additionally, he has created long term capital planning tools to share with our clients. This tool has created a competitive advantage for us and we couldn't have done it without Dave's expertise and ability. We continue to rely on Dave and appreciate his partnership!

Highly Recommend Base For Business
We were fortunate when we inherited our Quick Base platform that we also inherited a relationship with David and Base For Business. He helped us get up to speed a lot quicker than we would have been able to do otherwise. But his help has gone far beyond getting us started. I probably reach out to David a couple times a month for help from big new ideas to small desires I just can't quite figure out. We have a great partnership and jokingly (mostly) refer to him as the 7th member of our 6 man team. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to find a better way to do what they are doing now, or wants Quick Base to do something they didn't know it could do.

David Built my Company a Large, Custom Database
When I met him we were using "industry" software to run our lumber company but I found I had to keep creating work arounds in the software to get it to do what I wanted it to do. I approached David about building me a completely custom CRM, inventory management, supplier ordering, and scheduling system. On top of that, he built in a vendor managed inventory (VMI or Consignment) system that tracked $800-1.2m in inventory owned by my suppliers. The system was then integrated into our Quickbooks desktop instance. This was a HUGE project but David was amazing. I would present him with what I wanted and how I thought it should be implemented and in a day or two he would turn the idea around using a much sleeker, easier to manage design. This system was critical to our daily success. The features he built allowed us to implement many Lean Manufacturing principles into our business. Our inventory issues dropped to close to zero and we were able to send out more trucks each day because the information we got from the system allowed us to be much more efficient. If you need a custom, difficult design. David is your man. He is fast and incredibly knowledgable.

Just a few thoughts about my experience with David Bruton at "Base for Business".... Dave has been instrumental in helping us to create and improve a tool we use with our Sales Team as a "mini" CRM. His ability to build the platform in a way that allowed changes during a recent re-organization made it possible to eliminate unnecessary downtime. I have always been impressed with Dave's ability to quickly understand what we are looking for, and then be able to build it faster then I could explain it. Recently, Dave has helped us by building some temporary applications that allowed us to use Quickbase as a testing ground for some key initiatives. Quickbase is a good tool made better by using experts like Base for Business who strive to understand your business, your use of the platform and how to best utilize for your benefit!

We have had the good fortune to have worked with David Bruton and Base for Business for the past 4 years. It was very lucky for us to have found David at the beginning of our Quick Base development process. There is a very good chance that we would never have been able to build our current enterprise level platform of application serving over 1,000 people from all over the country without his help. David has been a critical partner in getting us through some very tricky development processes. Extremely Talented QB Developer with Great Business Sense
I have worked with Base for Business for the last four years. During that time we have called upon them to build over 10 different applications that range from HR performance management, Business Continuity to an entire PMO portfolio management system.
