I have been working with Paul and DB Development for the past 4 years I am based in Paris France and despite Brexit and the 1 hour time difference (?) Paul’s ability to develop and improve our Quickbase app to make my job SO much easier is just BRILLIANT. I would highly recommend Paul. We all have our areas of expertise and Paul’s are Quickbase and providing excellent customer service.

A pleasure to work with

3 years on and still working with Paul and DB-Developement.... and still absolutely NO hesitation in recommending him. Paul always finds a solution in Quickbase to my requests/problems. Reading other people's reviews one might be a bit distrusting if the review is "too positive" but honestly the only thing on which I could potentially criticize Paul is how we end up having really interesting conversations on subjects that aren't related to Quickbase. He being as chatty as I am... So if you are looking for Quickbase application design, developement, trouble shooting, advice etc... contact Paul. You will find him helpful, rapid, professional and just really nice... the "chatty" is optional !!!

Excellent Software Development Partner

We were looking to move the business from largely paper based processes to a more automated system. Paul provided invaluable assistance in planning the move and in developing a system to handle our business processes. His excellent knowledge of Quickbase and willingness to share his skills made him the ideal partner. He provided excellent training sessions and was always available to help when needed. Most importantly, as we transitioned and realised some areas needed changing he happily planned and made modifications to accommodate these without complaint. Absolute pleasure to work with Paul Johnson at DB Developments. Speed, efficancy and super service would be the words I would use to sum up the experience. Paul had the app that I wanted up and working in record time and never had a problem with my phone calls asking "what if we added this" and "can you just add one more tiny thing". When looking into Quick Base I looked for a consultant to build the system from scratch and came across Paul at DB Developments who had been recommended through reviews. He answered all questions efficiently and advised us where necessary as to ideas that overall provided a better solution and catered to our needs more efficiently, spotting some weaknesses in our initial thought process. We have been working with Paul to create a bespoke workflow solution as a front end to our purchasing system. The workflow for this application was particularly complex. Paul demonstrated a clear understanding of the processes involved based on the information given and has converted this into a useable Quick Base application. Paul has worked on site alongside myself developing our application in accordance with our specific requirements and even incorporated some addition requirements which came to light during the development process. Working with Paul has been a great experience. Paul is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. I have found from a personal development perspective working alongside Paul during the development of our application particularly rewarding. As a result I have gained a greater understanding of the application creation process, methods used and have gone on to create a number of applications myself.
