Efficient company that delivers

Emendo Solutions has helped us to improve the efficiency of how we manage and access our membership database. Quickbase as a PMO and Requirements Testing tool

Quickbase was largely used as a PMO tool to monitor our RAID & Change Logs, as well as monitoring progress for our Requirements Testing. The functionalities and friendly user interface in Request far surpassed the capabilities of the company's PMO and testing tools. The daily reports were extremely useful in assisiting team members to action what was required as well as giving appropriate stakeholders an view of any changes, eliminating the need for unnecessary meetings. In addition, the customisable reports allowed easy tracking of overdue tickets by user, and to highlight priority tickets. The ability to change the ticket type while keeping the activity history is a great feature, which otherwise would have meant creating two or more different tickets. Would definitely recommend Request as a project management tool.
